Jake - 53 GMC panel truck: I am working on the interior, a couple wiring tweaks, and I need to tune the motor. The help I need is mostly with the tuning. I don't know carbs really well and could use some help getting it running in smoothly. 62 Chevy Suburban: Currently I've started to strip the exterior for a fresh primer job. The help I could use would be with wrapping up the wiring on the wipers, the heater, and the dome light. I could also use help with prep'ing the body both with stripping and with body work (hammer/dollie and bondo) and I have a rear seat that needs a mounting frame designed and built.
General: I'm looking for a front suspension clip from a 72-87 chevy/gmc truck to swap into my suburban. Needs to be just the suspension and crossmember, five lug wheels, and disk brakes. Jared is helping with one possible option but any others would be useful.
Jared-76 Chevy C10:I am in the final stages of hooking up everything to the motor and transmission. Due to the length of time it's been since last fired up I am planning on putting some oil in each piston. Need to scuff up the heads where the exhaust manifolds bold up to. Mount the power steering pump and hook up the lines for it. Hook up all the belts and hoses(radiator upper and lower) transmissions lines to the trans cooler, gas line. The wiring to the starter and alternator. Put the distributor cap on and run the plug wires. Need to wire up the electric fuel pump. May also need to explore dropping the gas tanks to check for blockage. The Transmission is all hooked up as far as shift linkage and driveline. E-brake is hooked up and functional. Parts- I need 2 spark plugs, return line kit for power steering
DJ - 1995 Spec Miata NASA/SCCA Race car: I have been building this since this winter. I was hoping to have it complete by June and on the track. I am a bit behind schedule. So far I have the wiring pretty much figured out. I just need to wire in a main power cut off.
I need the get the suspension put on, including the brakes as well. I also need to finish relocating and wiring up the oil pressure and temperature gauges. I need to finish building the containment race seat brackets as well.
1985 Honda Odyssey - Kind of doing a modern but original rebuild of this machine. Honda only made this version of the Odyssey in 1985, it included reverse and 4 wheel suspension. I have powdercoated every piece of that thing there is to coat.
In need of - I need to complete the exhaust, clean out the carb, figure out the airbox/filter. Replace the carrier bolts on the rear suspension. Need to fab up the seat mount, I finally got a pretty sweet aftermarket seat for it.
Doxey - 1966 GMC Suburban: I have been working on this project on and off for years. It seriously is becoming my Elenore with how it seems to break every time when I think it is road ready. It has major issues with the electrical, engine is strong from what my dad says, just needs some TLC to get it up and running again.
I need to go over it head to tail light and create a to do list to get her running again.
